RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY I am voluntarily choosing to participate in the Elefint Murph on September 12th, 2026, presented by Elefint, The Goodtime Hotel, and Omega Wellness Club. I understand the event includes running on public streets, sidewalks, and the beach path, and performing strenuous physical exercise at Muscle Beach, and that participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property loss. I certify that I am in good physical condition, have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, and will scale or stop the workout if needed. I assume all risks associated with my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Elefint, The Goodtime Hotel, Omega Wellness Club, all event sponsors including Red Bull, Santa Cruz Paleo, and Complex Physical Therapy, and their owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or connected to my participation in this event. I grant the organizers permission to photograph and film the event and to use that media for promotional purposes. I am 18 years of age or older, or a parent or legal guardian is signing on my behalf. Typing my full name below constitutes my electronic signature.
