Acceptance

By creating an account or using Elefint, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account

You must provide an accurate email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Elefint.

Subscriptions & billing

Elefint Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks the AI trackers for $9.99 per month — or the price shown in the App Store for your region. It begins with a 1-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the monthly price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings; the social features (feed, follows, likes, comments) remain free without a subscription.

Free trial

If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid monthly subscription ($9.99 per month). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/.../stdeula.

Not medical advice

Elefint provides general fitness and nutrition information for tracking and educational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional advice, and the AI trackers can make mistakes. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your training, diet, or health routine, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, post unlawful or harmful content, harass other users, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from the Me tab. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your Apple ID.

Disclaimer & liability

Elefint is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
